Billing via RapidAPI. Paid access to Modelis is offered through the RapidAPI marketplace, which processes payments, appears on your statement, and issues receipts. Billing, cancellations, and refunds for marketplace plans are handled in your RapidAPI account under RapidAPI's billing terms.
14-day refund window. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for any unused prepaid credits, or for a subscription that has not been used during the current billing period.
Consumed credits are non-refundable. Credits already spent on API usage, and the used portion of a subscription, are non-refundable, because the underlying third-party model usage has already been incurred on your behalf.
Subscriptions. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
How to request a refund. Email support@modelishub.com with your account email and the order / transaction ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Failed, duplicate, or unauthorized charges are fully refundable.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund rights you may have under applicable law.
