Welcome. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Modelis (the "Service"), which provides a unified, OpenAI-compatible API gateway to third-party large language models. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
We provide API access that routes your requests to upstream model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek and others). Model availability, pricing, and capabilities may change at any time.
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your API keys confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.
User responsibility. You retain full and sole responsibility for the prompts you submit and for all outputs generated through the Service, including how you use, publish, or distribute those outputs. Modelis does not pre-screen user content and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, disclaims liability for user-generated outputs.
Rate limiting & abuse monitoring. To protect the Service and our upstream providers, we enforce per-account rate limits and monitor usage metadata (request counts, error rates, spend patterns) for abuse such as card testing, credential stuffing, or automated misuse. Accounts exhibiting abusive or anomalous behavior may be rate-limited or suspended pending review.
Paid access to the Service is offered through the RapidAPI marketplace, which processes payments and issues receipts. Plan pricing and limits are shown on the marketplace listing and our Pricing page. Prices are in USD.
See our full Refund Policy. In summary: unused prepaid credits are refundable within 14 days; consumed credits are non-refundable; failed, duplicate, or unauthorized charges are fully refundable. Refund requests: support@modelishub.com.
Outputs are generated by third-party models and are provided "as is." We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or suitability of model outputs. Your use of outputs is at your own risk. Modelis is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any model provider; all provider names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
